Ingredients
- 2 whole-wheat or plain tortillas
- 8 Healthy Soya protein tikkis (garlic or chilli)
- ½ cup shredded lettuce or mixed greens
- ¼ cup sliced onions
- ¼ cup sliced bell peppers (red/yellow)
- 2 tbsp cherry tomatoes or corn (optional)
- 3 tbsp sauce of your choice
○ Garlic aioli, chipotle mayo, ranch, or yoghurt dressing - 1 tbsp olive oil or butter for toasting
- A squeeze of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
