Protein Tikki Wrap

A wholesome, high-protein wrap featuring our signature garlic or chilli tikkis, crisp veggies, and a
creamy western-style sauce — all rolled into a soft tortilla

Ingredients

  • 2 whole-wheat or plain tortillas
  • 8 Healthy Soya protein tikkis (garlic or chilli)
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce or mixed greens
  • ¼ cup sliced onions
  • ¼ cup sliced bell peppers (red/yellow)
  • 2 tbsp cherry tomatoes or corn (optional)
  • 3 tbsp sauce of your choice
    ○ Garlic aioli, chipotle mayo, ranch, or yoghurt dressing
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter for toasting
  • A squeeze of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

🧑‍🍳INSTRUCTIONS
Cook the Protein Tikkis
  • Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan.
  • Pan-fry the Healthy Soya garlic or chilli tikkis until crisp on both sides
Warm the Tortillas
  • Toast the tortillas lightly on a pan until soft and flexible.
  • Spread your chosen sauce evenly in the centre of each wrap.

Assemble the Wrap
  • Layer lettuce, onions, and bell peppers.
  • Place the hot tikkis on top.
  • Drizzle extra sauce and a squeeze of lemon juice.
  • Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Wrap It Up
  • Fold the sides in and roll tightly.
  • Toast seam-side down on a dry pan for 1–2 minutes if you prefer a crispy wrap.
