- For the Base: 6-8 Garlic/Chilli Protein Tikkis, shallow fried or grilled
Toppings:
- 2 tbsp Green chutney
- 2 tbsp Sweet tamarind (Imli) chutney
- 1 tbsp Red chutney (spicy)
- 2 tbsp Chopped onions
- 2 tbsp Chopped tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
- 1⁄2 tsp Chaat masala
- Juice of 1⁄2 lemon
- 1⁄4 cup Sev (fine or nylon style)
